how does it work?

We’ll meet on zoom for an informal chat to discuss your challenges and identify your goals.

If I can help, we’ll devise a brief program of hypnotherapy to reach your goals.

You’re then free to decide if you you’d like to go ahead with your program.

We’ll meet over Zoom for your first session of your program. Plan to put aside at least 75 minutes, and be in a quite comfortable space. We’ll start to address your issues using hypnotherapy. 

After this session we’ll check in to see how you’re going. If hypnotherapy isn’t for you, you’re free to request a ‘no questions asked’ refund at this stage of the program. 

We’ll continue your journey toward your goals, following the program we agreed upon in your introductory session. Typically clients have between 3 to 4 sessions to achieve the outcome they’re seeking.
